In the UK, WA is still being sold in GAME retail stores, usually for about £5. If you can't find it in your local GAME store, try looking around for independant game outlets, which usually stock older and second-hand games.
On the internet, the cheapest place to get WA is ebay, where you can sometimes get it for just £2. www.amazon.com also provide second hand copies for around $10 in the USA or £3 in the UK. It is also available for new at www.play.com for £5, with Worms 2 included in the deal.
Wherever you get WA, just don't get it from Trymedia. The Trymedia version can't be updated, which means you will miss out on a lot of features. It's also much more expensive.
